Ramen Swamp is the debut studio album from BEE! The Band. Written during and immediately following lead singer Evan Krabill’s life-changing experience of hiking the Appalachian Trail in the fall of 2022, Ramen Swamp examines the relationships between nature and ourselves, what it means to be in love, and what it means to live.

A year and few months after their debut show, in Goshen, Indiana, BEE! The Band returned to Goshen Brewing Company for a two hour live set on the lawn stage. This album contains selections of original compositions from that show, mixed and mastered by Rafael Chávez.

LONG LIVE THE SHREWDNESS.
Long Live the Shrewdness is the second studio release from BEE! the Band. Conceptualized and written during a westbound cross-country road trip through Americana, The Shrewdness and its lore were created by two Goshen College legends; Evan Krabill and Ian Martin. This tongue-in-cheek folk rock composition draws influence from classic 70s rock and ends up with a similar tone as popular groups from that era such as Bread, America, and the Grateful Dead.
The demos recorded on that road trip were brought to a fuller realization in the summer of 2023, when Evan and Ian partnered with the remaining members of BEE! and sound engineer Jason Brewer. The EP was recorded in two days, where Evan and Ian recorded the six-track album as it had been conceptualized out on the road, letting the full band freely fill in with their individual parts.
